44 dinners joined MasterChef Australia 2015 high profile and “Top 11” contestant Stephen Rooney for his first solo event sharing his food and MasterChef Kitchen experiences.
“I first met Sue & Tony a week before the Judge’s Auditions for MasterChef series 7.
I was nervous about trying something completely different to my normal life but seeing what they have achieved at SHORT SHEEP and the clear passion they have for what they do was inspiring and something I thought about often during the competition, especially when the going was tough.
I am delighted that they have let me collaborate with them during the Mudgee Food & Wine Festival.” Stephen

“With a little help from my friends, I designed a menu that showcases as much local Mudgee produce as possible while complimenting Sue & Tony’s delicious wine.
Much like my cooking on the show, the menu was produce driven, with a few techniques I have picked up along the way from all the wonderful guest chef’s and the judges of course.” Stephen
