“I first met Sue & Tony a week before the Judge’s Auditions for MasterChef series 7.

I was nervous about trying something completely different to my normal life but seeing what they have achieved at SHORT SHEEP and the clear passion they have for what they do was inspiring and something I thought about often during the competition, especially when the going was tough.

An Evening of Food & Wine…

“With a little help from my friends, I have designed a menu that showcases as much local Mudgee produce as possible while complimenting Sue & Tony’s delicious wine.

Much like my cooking on the show, the menu is produce driven, with a few techniques I have picked up along the way from all the wonderful guest chef’s and the judges of course. I hope you enjoy the meal.”  Stephen
